The ODL Competition
Terms & Conditions
· The Online Darts League (ODL) is administrated by a group of Admins selected by the ownership team headed by director and founder of the ODL, Mr Stuart Marshall.
· The ODL is open to anyone to join provided they have a camera set up for Target Dart Counter.
· The ownership team reserve the right to withdraw and/or ban anyone found to be in breach of any of the rules and regulations.
· If any player has been removed or banned for a breach of rules they will not be eligible to play in any future ODL events and any entry fees paid will NOT be refunded.
· Under no circumstances will foul language and aggressive behaviour be tolerated towards any other player or administrators. This includes but not limited to racism, discrimination, threats of any kind.
· Under no circumstance should a player engage in public slanderous behaviour towards the ODL.
· Under no circumstances may any player add anybody to a page or group chat without prior authorisation from the administration team (only applicable in competition chats, main Facebook page is fine)
· Cameras MUST be switched on during the whole duration of play. If for any reason your camera cuts off, you will play from the last thrown score of both yourself and your opponent e.g. last known score of both your opponent and yourself. No replay of a leg is necessary unless agreed between the two parties. The administration team reserve the right to order a game to be replayed should there be any suggestion of tampering or cheating arising from camera cut outs
· Under no circumstance must a game be played between two players where there are no cameras to ensure the integrity of the competition and the game of darts. Anyone seen to be doing this will receive a ban from competing in future ODL events
· The ODL take all reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information from any loss or unauthorized use, access or disclosure.
